How do I pick my appointment dates if I purchased the Silver, Gold, or Platinum package?
You will only be able to book the first session using the scheduling system above while paying for the price of the whole package. After you book your first session, please expect an email from us within 12-24 hours that contains a coupon code you can use on the Scheduling system. For example, if you’ve booked the Silver Package, we will be sending you a coupon code that takes 100% off the booking fee which can be used for 4 times (since you only have (4) 2-hour sessions left as you’ve already booked the first one when purchasing this package). Once you’ve received it, go back to this page, and click on “Schedule Your Appointment” to start scheduling out your other sessions. Make sure to enter your coupon code on the screen where it asks for the code to book your session for free. When you’re ready to book your next session, just repeat the process described here. Note: Please log in to the account you used to book the first session as the codes can only be used by that account in scheduling the remaining sessions.
I am currently a member of UNIFYD TV. How do I get my 10% discount?
Before you book your sessions, email us at aqhc24@gmail.com . Tell us what package you’d want to book (e.g. Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Overnight) and attach a copy of your latest receipt from UNIFYD TV. We’ll then send you a coupon code for 10% off your booking that can only be used once.
How do I get my senior/pension discount?
Before you book your sessions, email us at aqhc24@gmail.com . Tell us what package you’d want to book (e.g. Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Overnight) and attach a proof of your status (e.g. Pension, Veteran card) . We’ll then send you a coupon code for up to 33% off your booking that can only be used for the person the code is sent to.
When I try to book the overnight package, I only see 9pm - 11pm time slots. How do I book the whole night?
Our scheduling system is set on 2-hour time slots. However, if you book an overnight package by selecting a 9pm – 11pm time slot, the time between 11pm – 7am is automatically included in your booking.
How do I book for pets and pricing
This is a popular offering for pets who may suffer seizures, abnormal growths, arthritis and more. A leash is required and a pet pad, cage, or blanket is required for all animals. The 2-hour session is $60 per pet.
We offer “Buy two get one pet for free” for this session; Two people one pet is $240 for the basic 2-hour session.

Cancelation Policy
– You may cancel or re-book up to 48 hours free of charge.
– Cancellations or re-bookings within 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session cost.
– Cancellations less than 24 hours or a no show will be charged a full session cost.

If you are unable to attend all of your prepaid sessions, You may transfer these sessions to a friend or family member.
